Artist Portrait

Artist Statement

My work explores the intersection of organic forms and mechanical precision. Using traditional Rotring pens and India ink, I create illustrations that blend 18th-century engraving techniques with contemporary themes.

Each piece requires hundreds of hours of meticulous work. I draw inspiration from nature, scientific illustration, and the delicate machinery of the natural world. My goal is to create artwork that invites viewers to look closer and discover the hidden details within each composition.

The paper I use is often aged with tea to achieve an authentic vintage appearance, adding another layer of history and texture to each piece.
